Pillar 01 · EducationOrganise free health camps in Greater Noida. Coordinate doctors, medicines, and logistics. Event-based commitment.
Pillar 02 · HealthcareGuide women Self Help Groups through savings cycles, micro-loan applications, and livelihood skill-building in UP & HP districts.
Pillar 03 · LivelihoodGround surveys, beneficiary data collection, and impact measurement. Strong documentation skills + regional language preferred.
Cross-pillar · DataSocial media, newsletter copywriting, impact storytelling in English and Hindi. 2–3 hours per week, fully remote.
Operations · CommsSupport 12A, 80G, DARPAN, and FCRA processes. CA or law background essential. Pro-bono, flexible commitment.
Governance · LegalWork with farming families in Himachal Pradesh on the FPO seed fund — value chain, logistics, and market linkage for Mecca corn and honey.
Pillar 06 · Eco-VillageRecruit, onboard, and schedule fellow volunteers in your city. Network-heavy role — ideal for well-connected community leaders.
Operations · PeopleDraft CSR proposals, government grant applications, and impact reports. Fluent English required. Fully remote, project-based.

No formal qualifications are required for most roles. What we value is commitment, reliability, and care. For specialist roles (legal, medical, accounting) relevant professional background is preferred.
Yes. Digital communications, grant writing, and data analysis roles are fully remote. Field roles require physical presence in UP or HP districts. We make it clear in each role description.
Most roles require 2–4 hours per week. Some are project-based with variable commitment. We never lock anyone into a schedule — tell us what works for you and we'll find the right fit.
Yes. After completing 3 months of active service, volunteers receive a signed letter from a Trustee of the Foundation. After 6 months, a formal Certificate of Volunteering is issued on SKF letterhead.
SKF is a registered Trust (Reg. 903/2025). Volunteer expenses reimbursement is available on request with receipt. For tax-deductible cash donations (once 80G is approved), donors will receive Form 10BE. 80G is currently in process.
Volunteers receive the monthly field report on the first Sunday of the month when it is published. The most recent published report covers November 2025, and we are working the cadence back to schedule. You'll see where your time went, in photos, numbers and receipts.
