Our story

Who we are.

Sanatan Kutumb Foundation is a registered public charitable trust established on 1st August 2025 in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Founded by Mr. Lav Mishra, the trust is rooted in the timeless Indian philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family.

We believe true development is holistic — it encompasses education, health, livelihood, environment and dignity for every individual, regardless of caste, class, gender, region or religion. Our work is inspired by the GYAN Model — uplifting Gareeb, Yuva, Annadata, and Nari.

अयं निजः परो वेति गणना लघुचेतसाम्।
उदारचरितानाम् तु वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्॥

"This is mine, that is another's" — is the thinking of the narrow-minded. For the noble-hearted, the entire world is one family.

FCRA targeted

Foreign contribution registration is a Phase 03 goal. Until it is granted, SKF cannot accept contributions from foreign sources.

Vision

To build a self-reliant, empowered, and compassionate society rooted in Sanatan values, where every individual — especially the poor, youth, women, and farmers — has access to education, healthcare, livelihood, and dignity.

तमेव शरणं गच्छ सर्वभावेन भारत।
तत्प्रसादात् परां शान्तिं स्थानं प्राप्स्यसि शाश्वतम्॥

Seek refuge in Him alone. By His grace, you shall attain supreme peace and the eternal abode.

— Bhagavad Gītā 18.62

Mission

To uplift marginalized communities by driving initiatives in education, health, environment, skill development, and economic empowerment — with a focus on grassroots action and collaboration with governmental schemes and CSR programs.

परोपकाराय फलन्ति वृक्षाः परोपकाराय वहन्ति नद्यः।
परोपकाराय दुहन्ति गावः परोपकारार्थमिदं शरीरम्॥

Trees bear fruit for others; rivers flow for others; cows give milk for others — this body is for the sake of serving others.

— Subhāṣitaratnakoṣa

Our approach

Four working principles.

How the trust decides what to do first, what to publish, and what it will not claim.

Urgency

01

Need comes before paperwork. Our first work in education began while our 12A, 80G, DARPAN and CSR-1 applications were — and still are — in process.

Proof

02

A number appears on this site only if a published field report carries it. Where we have not counted something yet, we leave the figure out rather than estimate it.

Transparency

03

Every registration status is published openly — including the four still in process — alongside the monthly expenditure ledger on the Transparency Log.

Volunteer leadership

04

Five named trustees and office bearers carry legal responsibility; the work itself grows through volunteers who lead in their own districts. Nine roles are open.

Leadership

Board of Trustees.

A small, accountable team — building in public with radical transparency.

Compliance & transparency

Legal documents & filings.

We publish every registration status openly — including what's still in process.

सत्यमेव जयते नानृतं सत्येन पन्था विततो देवयानः।
येनाक्रमन्त्यृषयो ह्याप्तकामा यत्र तत् सत्यस्य परमं निधानम्॥

Truth alone triumphs — by truth is the divine path laid out, on which the sages travel to the supreme treasure of truth.
