What that spend covered
These are the heads of expenditure recorded in the monthly field logs, in the order they were logged. The percentage share of each is being reconciled with our Chartered Accountant and will be published with the FY 2025–26 audited accounts — we are not publishing a category split until it is verified.
Phase 01 (Foundation & Compliance) is by design ops-heavy. By Phase 02 (Scale & Impact), 90% goes to programmes.
